# Account Transfer

### What it is

Account Transfer has been improved so that after a successful transfer, your app data refreshes more reliably and the final steps feel cleaner.

You no longer need to manually reopen the app just to see updated account information in the main areas.

### Where to find it

You can open Account Transfer with this path:

1. Go to **Home**
2. Open the **Profile** tab
3. Find and tap **Account Transfer**

This opens the Account Transfer flow where you can review the transfer requirements and continue with the process.

### How to use it

1. Go to **Home**.
2. Open the **Profile** tab.
3. Tap **Account Transfer**.
4. Review the transfer information and requirements.
5. Follow the transfer steps shown on screen.
6. Review the confirmation details carefully.
7. Complete the transfer.
8. Tap **Done** on the success screen.
9. AutoForward returns you to Home and refreshes the most important account-related data.

### What is improved

* cleaner confirmation and success screens
* better post-transfer refresh behavior
* improved synchronization for Home, Settings, Guide, tasks, folders, and recent tasks
* better refresh of profile information such as plan and UUID

### Why it is useful

* It reduces stale data after a transfer.
* It lowers the chance that old tasks or old account details remain visible.
* It makes the end of the transfer flow feel more natural.
* It saves time because users do not need to force-close and reopen the app.

### Example

After a successful transfer, when you tap **Done**:

* Home can refresh task and folder data
* Settings can refresh plan and profile details
* Guide can refresh related account-driven content

This helps the app reflect your updated account state more consistently.

### Typical use case

Account Transfer is useful when you want to move eligible account-related value or ownership from one account to another supported account flow without having to rebuild everything manually afterward.

Once the transfer is complete, the app is designed to bring you back to your main working area and refresh the key sections that are most likely to be affected.
